Audi Dealership
A Calatrava-inspired school project that lifts the dealership program to free the ground plane for cars and public life.
Residencial Jazz III
A multi-building residential complex visualized end to end for Marim Y Group — neighborhood-context exteriors, lived-in interiors, and unit floor plans — so the developer could market the project and buyers could picture the life before construction. Full complex: exteriors, interiors, and plans.

SOMOS Practice Surveys
Fifteen medical practices surveyed on site and drawn as as-built floor plans for the SOMOS network — dimension plans and area plans measured in the field and delivered as record drawings that acquisition and fit-out teams could work from. Shown: one practice's area plan and dimension plan, with practice identifiers removed for publication.
